Not necessarily. Some placements require prior experience, but many of our partner employers welcome candidates new to care and provide full training. Tell us your background and we'll match you to suitable roles.
Once your application and questionnaire are reviewed, we submit your DBS immediately. The DBS typically takes 2–4 weeks. Once cleared, we aim to place you within 48 hours.
Correct — and please note that an enhanced DBS check is mandatory for every candidate placed through Care Services Group, regardless of whether you already hold one. We fund and process a brand new enhanced DBS check for all successful applicants. There is no cost to you and nothing is deducted from your wages.
